Our annual event was held on September 21, 2023 and congratulations to Mill Road Social Enterprises located in Inverness! They were the successful charity voted on by the membership in attendance - to date this year’s donation has reached $13,100 - Wow! Picture to follow soon!

it happened Thursday, September 21, 2023, strathspey place, in mabou!

We had the MOST wonderful event this year - and as shown above, more that $13,000 was raised at this annual event. After 5 years - the membership has given out over $70,000 to local charities! We hope you will come again to 2024’s event, (or consider joining us as a new member), which will be held at Strathspey Place in Mabou, on SUNDAY afternoon, September 22, 2024 at 2 pm. Join us in celebrating being together and helping a local non-profit business from Inverness, Richmond, or Victoria Counties get a much needed boost of $10,000 or more for a special project!

Are you limited for time but would like to be part of a powerful group of women supporting local registered charities? All it takes is $100 once per year at a 2 hour event.

Members nominate the charities, 3 are drawn from a hat, all 3 make a 5 minute appeal as to what they would do with this much-needed money, the members vote for their favourite, and the votes are counted and one charity goes home with $10,000 or more!
